NEW YEARS EVE 5-COURSE MENU

At Restaurant Tight we will again this year celebrate New Years Eve. You can either choose between coming early, buy our lovely menu and continue your evening in the city center to watch the fireworks or you can come in and celebrate New Years Eve with us in the late dining experience. Both choices are available through our booking module. Both will be pre-paid so you have no hassle on the night with payment and cards and all, but can enjoy this happy night with friends, family or the one you love.

New years evening menu 2018

Lobster bisque
-baked cod, roasted coconut shavings, fennel, chilipesto crouton
Wine: William Fevre, Petit Chablis, Chardonnay

Guineafowl ballentine
-truffle, chanterelles wheatotto, grated gruyere
Wine: Groenlandberg, Oak Valley, Elgin, Pinot Noir

Honeymelon/basil sorbet
-crispy airdried ham

North American Black Angus Steak
-filet, pommes Dauphinoise, Madeira reduction, pickled berries, baked baby carrots.
Wine: Parada de Atauta, Ribera del Duero, Tempranillo

Chocolate ganache & white brownie
-clementine ice cream, blueberries and freeze-dried raspberries

HUSK AT SKRIVE MORTENSAFTEN I KOMMENTARFELTET NÅR DU BESTILLER

Så nærmer Mortensaften sig. Alle kender historien om Martin af Tours, der gemte sig i andegården (var vist gåsegården), for ikke at blive udnævnt til biskop, men blev opdaget på grund af de skræppende fugle. Som straf spiste han and, hver 10. november til hans død. Vi hjælper gerne til og har arrangeret en Feast of St. Martin eller på dansk Mortensaften.

Menuen består af følgende:

-Fisk, skaldyr, fennikel og ristede kokosflager

-Madeirareduktion, græskarpure, syltede bær, friteret pastinak og kartofler vendt i persille

-Karamel, crumble og kanelis
